When you own a home, it is important to take the right steps to protect your investment. In order to get our homeowners on the right track, Cedarglen Homes has a number of customer touch points in place to ensure we are passing on proper home maintenance education. The first of these is the Home Orientation, which is conducted at the homeowner’s new home by a skilled Site Supervisor prior to possession day. The Home Orientation is to educate homeowners on how to properly maintain their new home. This meeting typically lasts 2-3 hours and is jam packed with useful information. Of course, it’s only natural that with the excitement of a new home or as time passes, some of that home maintenance information can be forgotten. Enter the Customer Response Team Representatives, who are available during business hours to answer any homeowner questions within the first year. Our Site Supervisors also follow up with homeowners 60 days and 1 year after they’ve taking possession and can go over any information that may have been forgotten.
As we strive to provide exceptional customer service, this year we thought why not go one step further and use our 35 years of home building experience to put together a YouTube channel. This channel will offer useful home maintenance videos on how to complete routine upkeep in your home, such as changing a furnace filter or programming your thermostat. You may also recognize the actors as some of our Cedarglen staff have been happy to step in front of the camera to share their knowledge.
If you’re ready to get started on some home maintenance, click here to check out our YouTube channel! We will continue to add more videos so be sure to tune in regularly. If you have any suggestions on what you would like to see, you can email them to firstname.lastname@example.org. We hope you enjoy our home maintenance videos and learn some useful information in the process. We may have included a few spoilers in some of the videos, so remember to watch all the way to the end!
Have a great weekend,
