A Walk through the Lamont and Wembley

Open concept main floors, upper floor laundry and ensuites are just a few of the ‘must haves’ that home buyers typically look for when selecting a model with Cedarglen Homes. When it’s time to create a new model, we rely on our expert Designer to dream up something new, while still keeping these ‘must haves’ features in mind. Cedarglen has recently found a way to do just that, in our two new models that are available in the community of Auburn Bay. Welcome to the Lamont and the Wembley models!

The Lamont is 2309 square feet featuring three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The 975 sq. ft. main floor has a highly sought after open concept great room, nook and kitchen for ease of entertaining; a walk though pantry that connects to the mudroom, it is so much easier to bring those groceries in from the car. The kitchen features plenty of cabinet space and an island with an extended eating ledge. The great room has a cantilevered gas fireplace which can easily become the feature of the main floor and in the nook are patio doors leading to the back yard. The main floor also features a private area with a built-in desk for homework. The 1334 sq. ft. upper floor offers a spacious master bedroom with a luxurious 4-piece ensuite and an adjoining master closet. The two additional bedrooms also each have functional walk-in closets. The upper floor also includes a laundry room, because that is where it is all generated, a 3-piece bathroom and a family-sized front facing bonus room.

Wembley

At 2508 square feet, The Wembley is a plan designed for the family who is looking for space. The main floor offers an open concept living space and is a total of 995 square feet. In the kitchen you’ll find an oversized island with an extended eating ledge that the whole family can sit at, plenty of cabinet space to design the kitchen of your dreams and a walk through pantry. The main floor also features a corner gas fireplace in the great room that everyone can cozy up to and a private area with a built-in desk where you can find the household chores checklist. Moving to the 1513 sq. ft. upper floor, you have a central bonus room for family moving nights that separates the master bedroom from bedroom 2 and 3. This master bedroom has a fantastic 4-piece ensuite and adjoining walk-in closet. The upper floor also has a 3-piece bathroom, a family-sized laundry room with countertop space and walk-in closets in both bedrooms 2 and 3.
