With the start of a new year what better time to introduce a fresh ad campaign! As fun was last year showcasing all of the different reasons to buy a Cedarglen Home (especially because the list is endless) it is time for something new. With that in mind, this week I’d like to introduce you to our new tagline; Cedarglen Homes, the Perfect Balance of Quality and Value.

One thing which really sets us apart at Cedarglen Homes is the quality of the homes that we build. It’s hard to capture quality in a photo or in a sales pitch, but it should be a home buyer’s number one priority when looking for a home builder. At Cedarglen Homes we put it at the top of our list.  With the hard work of our Site Supervisors, a number of inspections are conducted on every home throughout the building process to ensure the quality we expect is consistently met. Here is a look at what inspections Cedarglen Homes has put in place;

  1. Cribbing Inspection
  2. PreBackfill Inspection
  3. Subfloor Inspection
  4. Framing Inspection
  5. Building Envelope Inspection
  6. Siding Inspection
  7. Mechanical Inspection
  8. Insulation Inspection
  9. Drywall Inspection
  10. Cabinet Inspection
  11. Paint Inspection
  12. Tile Inspection
  13. Lighting Inspection
  14. Pre Occupancy Inspection
  15. Home Orientation Inspection
  16. Possession Orientation
  17. 60 Day Orientation
  18. 1 Year Orientation

Rest assured that once the home is built it has passed each of these inspections, leaving you with the end result of a quality home. Keep an eye out for an upcoming blog on in-depth look at these inspections, where we go right to the source, our Site Supervisor!

Now we know why quality is so important to Cedarglen Homes but how does value tie in? Buying a home is the biggest investment that you will ever make and you want to be sure that you are getting the most out of your investment. At Cedarglen Homes we build value right into the purchase price of our homes. This means that granite countertops, hardwood and tile flooring, top of the line cabinetry and upgraded appliances (just to name a few) are considered ‘standard’ in our homes.

At Cedarglen Homes we have the perfect balance of quality and value, two extremely important factors when finding the right builder for you!

Have a good weekend,

Cedarglen Marketing
