I have been looking forward to this blog for quite some time. Today I get to introduce Cedarglen Living! From Cedarglen Homes comes the new multifamily builder, Cedarglen Living. They go forward with the same core values and philosophy as Cedarglen Homes, only applying these ideals to multifamily home building. Their building focus will be stacked condos and row townhomes. Their first project has been open for just over a week, so now that they’ve had time to settle in, I will tell you all about it.

Located in Calgary’s Northwest community of Panorama Hills, The Elements by Cedarglen Living features two and three bedroom townhomes with single and double attached garages. The Elements showcases a unique variety of options that incorporate the natural elements of earth, water, air, and fire, and brings them into your home. Ranging from 1200 square feet to over 1400 square feet, there are different options available to make sure your home fits your element. Currently, there are three main floorplans for you to choose from: The Breeze, The Ember, and The Glacier.

The Breeze (1203 sq.ft.): This single-car garage townhome features an open main floor, with galley-style kitchen and spacious great room. At the back of the main floor, a dining room looks out onto the deck. The upper floor comes with two options: either a three bedroom layout, with master bedroom, ensuite, and walk-in closet, or dual masters, both with their own ensuite and walk-in closets.

The Ember (1394 sq.ft.): This double-car garage townhome has a similar main floor to the Breeze, with a galley kitchen, great room, and eating nook. This floorplan includes an optional kitchen layout, with a different configuration of the sink and dishwasher. The upper floor features two bedrooms, plus the master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in closet. The dual master option comes with ensuites and walk-in closets, as well as a study area.

The Glacier (1425 sq.ft.): This townhome features a two car garage and a large porch on the entrance level. The main floor has a kitchen with nook and balcony on one side, and the great room on the other. There is also a tech center that functions as a computer space or office. The optional kitchen layout is also available for this floorplan. The upper floor has the option of two master bedrooms, or three bedrooms, with one being the master suite.

Four interior selection packages have been set up to help perfectly complement your life. All townhomes come complete with granite countertops, tile backsplash and floors, and hardwood. In addition, every home has an Energuide rating of 80.
